Dr. Rodrigo specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of painful spine, nerve and musculoskeletal conditions which can affect one’s ability to function and perform daily activities.

As a board certified physiatrist with fellowship training in pain management, Dr. Rodrigo utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach in the care of his of patients, which may include physical therapy/occupational therapy, interventional procedures, medications and psychological therapies.

Dr. Patel is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with fellowship training in pain management. He specializes in interventional pain management and electrodiagnostic testing.

Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Patel completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his fellowship at the National Pain Institute in Winter Park, Florida.

Physician Assistant, Nicole Ursch

Nicole Ursch is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in pain management.

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Worcester State University in Massachusetts, then earned her Master’s in Physician assistant studies at South University in Tampa, FL.

Nicole is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, is certified through the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the State of Florida Department of Health.

Originally from the North, Nicole is now enjoying life in sunny Florida as a physician assistant. She enjoys utilizing a multidisciplinary approach of medication management and interventional procedures to help patients alleviate pain. Her goal is to help every patient feel their best and restore a more active lifestyle.

Physician Assistant, Lindsay De Stefano

Lindsay De Stefano graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

She achieved her master’s degree from Florida International University in Recreation and Sports Management and her master’s of medical science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Salus University.

Her passion has always been helping others. As a personal trainer for over ten years, she was able to help people reach their lifestyle goals. This background has led to her  passion for helping people in the medical field.
